Addictions

Substance and behavioural addictions, including pornography, lust, alcohol and drug use.

Mental health

Emotional distress, shame, anxiety, stress and loneliness: the pressure young people carry in silence.

Sexual integrity

Purity, healthy boundaries, relationships and resisting peer pressure.

The 8-session framework

A new way of life

Every session builds on four pillars. Here is what each part of the journey covers.

  • Honesty
  • Structure
  • Grace
  • Purpose
Weeks 1 to 2

Foundation of Honesty

Pillar: Honesty

  • Freedom starts with honesty, not perfection.
  • HALT awareness: learning to recognise when you are Hungry, Angry, Lonely or Tired, the moments when old patterns pull hardest.
Weeks 3 to 4

Freedom Needs Structure

Pillar: Structure

  • The fleeing strategy: what to run from, what to run towards, and who to run with.
  • Movement breaks patterns: practical action replaces old cycles.
Weeks 5 to 6

The Power of Grace

Pillar: Grace

  • Overcoming shame: replacing self-condemnation with compassion and restoration.
Week 7

Living with Purpose

Pillar: Purpose

  • Identity and vision: discovering who I am and where I am going.
Week 8

Living Free Indeed: the freedom that stays

Pillar: Purpose

  • What habits will I keep?
  • Who will I stay connected to?

This is not about trying harder, hating yourself or becoming perfect. It is about telling the truth, receiving grace and learning new patterns.

Rooted in Christian values: hope, healing, wholeness
